Installing Jenkins on CentOS 7

Build a new CentOS machine Run through the below to install Jenkins You can also refer the below official doc :
Install Jenkins sudo wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/jenkins.repo \ sudo rpm --import sudo yum upgrade sudo yum install jenkins java-1.8.0-openjdk-develsudo systemctl daemon-reload

Start JenkinsYou can start the Jenkins service with the command: sudo systemctl start jenkins
Check Jenkins service status 
You can check the status of the Jenkins service using the command: sudo systemctl status jenkins

Once the service is up and running, you should be able to access Jenkins via browser on port 8080

Suppose you are unable to access the server even if the service is running, it is most likely the guest firewall stopping the connection.
The below should stop and the firewall within the guest OS

To install vRealize Network Insight, you install the platform OVA, activate the license, generate a shared secret, and setup collector OVA 

The network and other configurations will be performed after the deplyoment of the OVA

Power on the Platform VM and Open VM console
